Registration

The registration fee for the conference is £290. This includes

Accommodation in the Etap Hotel in a single en-suite room with continental breakfast for the nights of the 18th, 19th, and 20th
Lunch on the 19th, 20th, and 21st
Reception in the evening of the 18th
Conference Banquet in the evening of the 20th
One year membership of EATCS

If you live locally or if you would like to make your own arrangements for accommodation then the registration fee is £190.

Registration is handled by the University of Birmingham online shop.
Registration will close on 4th April 2011.

Refund policy

If you have to cancel your registration then send an email to the conference mail address bctcs2011 (at) cs.bham.ac.uk. If we receive your cancellation before or on 4th of April 2011, then we will refund the registration fee in full, and to the card account which you used for payment.
Cancellation after the 4th is not possible as we will at this point enter commitments with the hotel and the caterers.
