Some model theory for expansions of the
complex field by holomorphic functions

The motivating problem is, of course, Zilber's conjecture: is the expansion
of the complex field by the exponential function quasi-minimal , i.e.
is every definable subset of C is either countable or co-countable?
I shall discuss a possible approach to this and related questions, as well
as discussing some local theory for the complex exponential field where
the theory of polynomially bounded o-minimal structures plays a role.
