Conference registration fees
Early registration fees are valid only for registrations which are paid in full on or before September 1, 2008. The higher registration fees will apply to any payment received after that date, regardless of when registration was submitted. All online registrations must be paid in full on or before October 10, 2008. Space cannot be guaranteed for any online registration that is not paid in full by this date.

Delegates can register on a space-available basis at the conference check-in desk. Payment can be made in cash (GBP) or by credit card. Additional (guest) banquet tickets can also be purchased at the conference.
What's included?
ICICS registration includes admission to all invited talks and technical sessions; lunch on all three days of the conference; all tea and coffee breaks; admission to the conference banquet on the evening of Tuesday 21 October; and a copy of the conference proceedings.
Cancellations, changes & refunds
To request a cancellation, substitution or other change, please e-mail icics-2008 "AT" cs.bham.ac.uk.
We will refund the value of the booking or any ticket sold upon proof of purchase when cancellation takes place at least one month before the conference. When cancelled less than one month but more than one week before the conference we will refund a percentage not less than 50% of the charge. No refunds will be given for cancellation less than one (1) week before the conference or event date or for non-attendance without notification, unless a refund is made entirely at the discretion of the University [of Birmingham]. Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the email address above, or confirmed by telephone to the number specified by the University in the event information advertised.
