The conference will be situated at the recently built Edgbaston Park Hotel, conveniently located at the University of Birmingham campus. The Hotel features state of the art conference facilities and there will be hot and cold food served for lunch on each day.

By bus: Lines X22/21 and 61/63 run from the city centre (St Martin's Queensway - stop NS3, near New Street station) to the conference venue (stop Westmere) and takes about 10 min (in good traffic conditions). See example route on Google Maps. Tickets can be bought using the mTicket app or on the bus. Further information is on the national express West Midlands website.

By train: As you exit University station, turn left towards the University of Birmingham’s campus. Continue to follow the road (Westgate) down the hill without crossing over; you will walk past some car parks, which are now boarded up. At the end of this road, turn left onto Ring Road North and walk up the hill, passing behind the Main Library and Teaching and Learning building. At the top of the road, turn right onto Pritchatts Road and cross at the pedestrian crossing. Continue walking on Pritchatts Road until you see the entrance of the multi-storey North East Car Park. Turn left here and walk past the Centre for Human Brain Health (CHBH). Edgbaston Park Hotel will be on your left.

By car: Parking at the hotel is free - just collect your parking permit at reception. Parking is available directly outside the hotel, or on the ground floor of the North East multi-storey car park (entrance on Pritchatts Road), which is reserved solely for hotel guests. From there, it's just two minute walk back to the hotel along an accessible footpath. Blue Badge parking is available directly outside the hotel. Electric car charging points are also available directly outside the hotel, on a first come, first served basis. You’ll just need to leave a refundable cash deposit at reception
